How can I create cheap reflectors/white boards?

Those of you that bought the Tyvek or the foamcore....how are you mounting them? Do you have them on C-stands?

Also speaking of another CHEAP reflector: I learned this after going to a NPPA (national press photographer's association) Seminar a few years ago. If your shooting say a sit down interview, you place your key light or fill on side of them and then on the other side (if you DON'T have another light) then you could get a C-stand or standard lightstand, and clamp a reflective sunshade to it. The sunshade I am speaking of is the kind some people have in the windshield of their cars in the summer to keep the sun out. I was impressed how good the shot looked with that sunshade. The only thing with that is that you may have to place the shade kinda close to the talent so you will have to shoot the talent close.
