..that picture scares me...

That is one of the few frames where he didn't have that poo poo-eating grin plastered on his face. :cheesy:Yeah, I actually typed 'poo poo'.

Kinda reminds me of this lovely man...

AMAZING!!

There's an idea. Make it magically disappear! Can the profanity filter just insert a space or a comma instead?

Of course, my official vote would be to go with "frak" ala Battlestar.

The filter could insert something like "incredibly sophiscated" so that things like:
"No way I'm shooting with a poo pooing handycam! I'm using the DVX!"
would then be:
"No way I'm shooting with a incredibly sophisticated handycam! I'm using the DVX!"

Yeah.

I should have probably explained ...

I grew up with 3 dogs and had a one acre yard. They ran free all over, leaving their lovely droppings behind. And after a few months, it turns white.

Poo poo gets old and turns white.

That's all I meant. :)

How about "oop-oop"? Haha when I was little I used to call Inch worms oopies, because they go oop? Ya.
But instead of it coming up as poo-poo, why not just edit it ourselves with a little something like (EDIT:) &^%$ or $%#@. Or is that bad?

I think that swear words should be replaced with Briceman.

What the motherbricemaning briceman were you thinking?

That briceman's some bull bricemaning briceman right there.

Yes that's bad. People keep trying to skirt the profanity filter, which is obviously a violation of the intent. Cooperation would be appreciated.

I cheat sometimes ... but it makes me pick my battles wisely and hang meaning on the word and why I'm using it.

Any publicity is good publicity, no?

I love the F word and always find it to be (when used apropriately) one of the more expressive words in our language. The word is all around us and can be heard in the playground all the way to the top of the corporate food chain....And yet, we always play the game that it is some filthy, disgusting word that should never be uttered or seen in print unless preceded with an "R" rating. I accept fully that this forum filters it out, but do, in the long run, find it a sad affair. My .02

**** it!

May I direct your attention to what is, perhaps, the best thread in DVXuser history on the topic?

http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=15068

It makes me wonder why things have changed since then.
