Time Ruler Increments in Vegas 5?

Can someone tell me how to adjust the Time Ruler increments in Vegas 5? I've got the ruler set to "Time" (from the default "Time & Frames") and the cursor will go from .919 to .960 to .002 to .044. Is there a way to get the cursor to go in smaller amounts?

I'd like to be able to move it at 1/100's of a second but, as I mentioned, the cursor moves around 4/100's of a second at a time.

Is there a way to do this?

It's going frame-to-frame. Do you really want to cut (or whatever) in the middle of a frame?

You could turn of the Quantize to Frames in the menu, I guess.
