Tonight's Episode of 24 (Spoilers)

You didn't actually see him die. He came in a little later than everyone else who was falling about the place, I can see them claiming that becuase he's such a large guy and the gas had dissipated he could survive. I only say that becuase I can't believe they would kill him off of the series...
 
I don't know... they do have a habit of killing off main characters... I mean, look at George Mason... he was established... they killed him off...

I too was shocked to see Edgar succumb to the effects of the nerve gas...but I agree, they will find a way to bring him back - JACK MUST SAVE HIM!!! :D

Hey, I read in the TV listing in my newspaper that Audrey's dad was going to make a re-appearance, but I don't remember seeing him in either of last night's episodes. Was he there? Did anyone see him?

Does anyone here know anyone involved in the production of this show? I would love to get on set, maybe be one of the #'d people (e.g. Tech #8)...you know, the incidental people that get don't have any lines, but fill up the background and are occassionally killed off (like the unnamed crew members in Star Trek that would accompany the landing party to the planet surface and quickly be killed off :D ).
 
Dude, I would love to get on set too! They film quite a bit around Santa Clarita. They filmed at these apartments of someone I know last season. For one of the final episodes. Remember when that Jaguar car blew up? I have a piece of it :) Also, yeah, Audrey's dad was not on last night. Kim came back though, and that was quite touching. Her new BF is a punk though.
 
Yea, I didn't think I saw him. My wife is convinced that Kim's new beau was Rob Lowe, but I didn't think so. Can anyone confirm or deny that?
 
If Lynn went outside to meet his sister, where he was subsequently attacked and his wallet (with keycard) was stolen...how did he get back in to CTU? At a minimum, if they knew who he was and let him in...they were on high alert, so they should have asked for his card, he would have said he didn't have it, and they would have de-activated the card. That point really bugged me.
 
Oh... I think in the actual episode they showed how he got back in... cause he was worried he wouldn't get back in... I'm not too sure, it was a long time ago... but I remember something going on where he was able to get back in w/o his keycard. Oh, and my new favorite character (other than Jack of course) is Curtis! He is just awesome! Almost the new Jack in alot of ways.
 
I like the production value. Notice how CTU has a bluish-hue, and the President's scene, are reddish-hued? Also, good use of split-screen, hand-held and editing.

I too am hoping that he miraculously survives. He and Chloe play off each other so well.

I thought it was a nice touch that they left off the sound of the last seconds ticking off at the end. Sort of left the sadness of the moment linger for awhile.
 
Yes... the silence at the end... dude! I wanted to yell and cry at the same time! Chloe really cared about Edgar... she was crying at the end...
 
I think Edgar is gone. I don't see how he could have survived, realistically when they killed off others, in his same position. Cast and lineup changes are all good. I did like him though.
 
Yeah... I guess Curtis makes up for the loss of Edgar... even though it's horrible :( Chloe is gunna be depressed for the rest of the season now. Did you see the preview for next weeks episode? WOW! This show never ceases to amaze me.
 
Actually it annoyed me that Kerry got knifed in the back cause Edgar was being a lazy bastard. I've been waiting for chloe to get her's since the early season's can't stand her.... and then Edgar dies and she's balling I guess all she can think is about the big man love she' ain't going to be getting?
