SLR Magic Cine 35mm f/1.2

There are a couple reviews on B&H where the reviewers are doubtful that this lens is actually an f1.2.

After searching Google and looking at several images, the rear element is not very big.

Does anyone own this lens? Can you vouch for the f1.2? Can anyone explain why the lens design resembles something that looks like an f2?

I have the 50mm f1.1 and it certainly seems like it is that f stop. Not tried the 35.
