Anyone know where I can find a hard plastic CTO filter? Similar to the inserts the litpanles and DraCast uses?

Rosco and LEE make 4x8 sheets of various grades of CTO and / or ND, they're around $300 a sheet.

Depending on what you're doing, might be able to get some clear plexi and stick your own CTO on it for much cheaper. You can at least get clear plexi in smaller sizes.

One of the big makers - Lee or Rosco introduced a line of gels that are thicker and designed to lay against LED panels without bleaching out. They are described as "rigid".
2 sheets of 1/2CTO or 3 of 1/3CTO might be rigid enough when stapled together to behave the way the plastic ones do. Plus, they will be more color accurate.
