I'll be tarveling with gear from US (120v) to France (220v) so i need to rebulb my Lowel lights with proper bulbs. Doe sit matter that some bulbs say 230v or 240v instead of 220v?

no, most newer electronic products in 220v lands says up to or about 230 or 240 or 240 max(might be an iso or quality thing). they work at 220 and their internal power supply or adapter can take a small spike in current. when their is a spike and no stabilizer or surge protector, some older devices will turn off and on again while other will stay on.
are you sure all the wiring and cables can handle 220v.

Ok thanks! Yeah, i think the wiring is rated at 120-240v.
