60hz LIGHT PULSE PROBLEM

Hi all and Thanks to read...
I have a problem with my video, shot with 550d in 60fps. Because I live in europe and the lights are 60hz, the result is a pulsating light. Is there a way or plugin that Can help me to save my video?
Note that another big trouble is that sensor did a progressive scanning so light is more over than down in the frame... :shocked: Help me please...
 
Thanks... About "Rolling shutter" I know, but about light?
Is there a plugin/trick that work in Adobe's AE or FinalcutStudio...?
