Question about Digital Bolex D16 work flow.

The Bolex D16 is 12-Bit 4:4:4 Adobe Cinema DNG (RAW)

Is it possible to convert the HD footage of this camera to SD (480p), but retain all the color space etc?

I like the colors, I just don't like the sharpness of HD.
