A family of DVXs

Yesterday I DPed a live event shoot with 3 cameras. As it turned out, the three cameras ended up being a DVX100, a DVX100a, and a DVX100b, thus making this the ultimate DVX100 family shootout!

I'm the owner of the original DVX100, and I never bothered to upgrade because I was skeptical of the increase in value. But now, having compared them all, I realize I was probably wrong about that. The DVX100B, which has been practically ignored by most people in the HVX rush, has some extremely nice improvements! That LCD (and ability to rotate it backwards somewhat) is much improved, the EVF is tremendously better, there were far more options and far fewer little glitches. If I'm not mistaken, the 100B also had a deeper tripod thread, which is cool, because the one on my DVX100 got cracked from overtightening. I think I'll actually have to take a serious look at the HVX200 updates if they are released.
