14-140 stabilizer turns off w/AF101

Dear friends,

my stabilizer on Panasonic 14-140mm lens turns off during recording on AF101. When I switch the hardware OIS button off and on again, it wakes up but shuts down in a few seconds again. Is it faulty design or faulty lens that can be fixed?

The OIS button should not effect this lens. It's just for controlling OIS on lenses that don't have a On/Off switch.

Sounds like the lens is at fault, but test another OIS lens, &/or cam, before sending anything to repair.
