My fiancée and I were sitting around one night last week and decided to make a little short for fun. I used the GH1 because I did not want to take the time to get a monitor and rig setup for my 7D. I always say if you need to get something done quickly, use the GH1, its just easier. Any way here it is:
You will see some flicker in this video but it was not the GH1's fault. I was using my LED light and their batteries were running low. When this happens the PWM dimmer circuit in them starts to slow down and the flicker becomes apparent in the video. Unfortunately I did not notice this at the time until post.
This was all shot with the stock lens on either a steady cam, slider, and hand held.
