I tried a few different methods and I cant seem to get the shutter count from my 5d markIII
im using a toshiba laptop I hooked up the USB and I went on a site that suppose to tell you the shutter count , I turned the camera on and nothing.
I downloaded a program and same thing I connected and still no shutter count displays
the camera does say its connect to the laptop but when it comes to shutter count its like the camera isnt even connected
can someone help me?
