Hands down the 5D Mark III is the better camera no moire or aliasing, 29 minutes and 59 seconds record time instead of 12min on mark 2, duel card slots, great stills camera, 61 autofocus points 41 cross type, 22 1/2 megapixels, Full frame, great iso performance, add cinestyle for better dynamic range and nondestructive color correcting, 5D Mark III is the winner in my opinion 5D Mark 2 may have dropped in price but still has issues the 5D Mark 3 has improved on, you get a great stills cam and a good digital film cam IMO =)
