Took time off from film but I am back. Need to upgrade my DVX 100b

I bought a Panasonic DVX 100b about 5 years ago and still use it for youtube purposes.

I shoot night clubs, car shows and sporting events.

I'm looking to upgrade my camera to something similar that takes Pcards instead of dvx tapes and easy to transfer and edit on Final Cut Pro.

My budget is about $1500. Basically looking for a video camera with good audio, auto focus and doesnt heat up.

Any suggestion?

A used HMC150 maybe.

Saw a used JVC GY-HM100U for that price. But low light isn't great. You'd have to apply gain.
