The Beatles Sgt. Pepper turns 40...

[Weston]

40 years ago....(yesterday or today...depending on which country you are in) the Beatles
released what is considered by most to be the greatest rock & roll album of all time.

Great album. Not my favorite Beatles album. I love the White Album and Abbey Road, but Sgt. Peppers is classic.

'A Day in The Life' is the greatest song of all time. That and 'A Change is Gonna Come' by Sam Cooke are two songs I never get tired of listening to.

Great album. Not my favorite Beatles album. I love the White Album and Abbey Road, but Sgt. Peppers is classic.

I think Abbey Road is my favorite overall.

It was 40 years ago today . . .

(That might tell you how many "memories" of it being released you'll find on this board. )
