I know this has been covered before, but when editing DVCPROHD 720p footage in Adobe Premiere CS3, how do I export a video in it's proper pixel aspect ratio??

When I export clips with the setting "960x720, 1.33 pixel aspect" I get squeezed footage.

Should I just force the footage to be exported 1280x720 square pixels?

yeah

yeah

Yes, in your settings, export the project with 1280 X 720 pixels, and change the ratio option to square pixels.

What are you exporting it for, the web? or DVD, etc?

If it is the full size 1280x720, then use square pixels, if not, use non-square pixels.
If it is 1920x1080, then use square pixels, if not, use non-square pixels.

Its square if it is full raster, if it is not full raster, than it is non-square.
