NIKE and the sony Z1

Cool. Some of it was shot right next to my house. It's not really a commercial though. Nike has a bunch of these promotional videos around. They're not intended for mainstream broadcast, of course.

there's a tv show called joga bonito on sky sport... it's some kind of reality show but they also show those clips...

Videoish, of course it is! It's shot on a f*ckin video camera. Also, i have seen these on TV in the UK a number of times.

The video was very cool. I think everybody should appreciate the video for what it's worth -- a bunch of talented, extremely coordinated athletes choreographed extremely well for a very entertaining video clip. Thanks for the video.
 
This reminds me of a way better version of the PSP ad where the people on screen pass the PSP from screen to screen. But what I liked best about this one is the way that the people on screen recieved the ball was the same way it was sent to them. It was very well done.

Totaly agree. I've seen so many absolutely amazing films that embrace the video look. "28 days later", "The aniversary party", "Land of plenty"...I could just go on and on. Giving up making movies just because you can't make them look like they were shot on film is a lame excuse for those who are too afraid to even try.
