I haven't found anything free hosting that was reliable. I think your best bet is to find one that is cheap. You can find hosting for $10 a month which would be better than trying to find one. Just google it and see what comes up. If you want to post grabs or something www.imageshack.us is pretty good.

There's some free hosts out there but they're loaded with ads and not a lot of space. If you want your own site register a name and the goto www.globat.com . For $53 you can have 2.5gb of webspace for 1 year. That's a great deal.

P.K., Do you recommend buying the domain name from a different source than Globat? Just curious what the advantage/disadvantage of buying the name from one source and the hosting service from another (?).

Good question. I bought my domain years ago from Network Solutions. It's probably much easier to use your webhost (sometimes they even have great discounts) but if you ever want to change hosts and tranfer your domain then you need to rely on the old host to help you out. (I believe.) I prefer to be Master of my domain ;D so I use Network Solutions. If I switch hosts I just go to Net Sol's control panel and enter the new DNS info from my new host and walla!! Domain transferred with no loose ends.
But once again, if you're just getting started and you find a good host then you might want to just have them do everything.
