Came across a little problem whilst writing a script and could use a little help.
In the scene a 5 man Special Forces team are on Jungle Ops and it's pitch black. They use Night Vision Goggles to proceed.
At this point in the story, I want everything to be seen from the POV of the Night Vision Goggles of the team, but don't want just one POV, but to cut between the different characters as appropriate.
So let's say Team Member E is at the back, and he can see the squad in front of him..so he's a bit like the guy who establishes the shot or sees the wide angle of the scene, then they see something in the jungle, say a Jaguar, and it cuts to to the most appropriate member to view the action, let's say Team Member B, and then there's a Jaguar on the other side so we cut to Team Member C and so on.
It feels clunky to go to a new POV line for each character each time. So is there a way to intercut it and have it make sense, or is there a way to say that everything we see from this point on is through Night Vision , until I say differently, and if so how do I present both the beginning of the sequence, and the end (when they come to a lighted area)?
Thanks for any advice
