This is a test reel of some footage from a vietnam war movie I have been working on, on and off for the past few years.

Wow, my favorite type of movie.

My connection is a little clunky today, but I saw some nice stuff (that "sunburst scene was very nice). But the actors are too clean!!!!!! They need grunge and sweat, the jungle is a hot steamy place in 'Nam. Also, clutter them up a little with bits of belt gear, dew rags, etc.

Thanks for watching. You are right about the lack of dirt/grime and other things missing on the soldier costumes. I need to work at putting more effort into the smaller details.

I agree with the dirt and grime, but you are just essentially a one man filming machine. I say small details aside the camera work and shots are fantastic, as well as the helicopter shots and a lot of the main details are there.

Nice looking footage. You should call it

Coming home in a Body Bag

with the tagline of

"The most true to life Movie about the Vietnam War ever made..."

Thanks for giving it a view and for the comment.

That could be a good title, but the movie isn't as much about Vietnam as it is about the life experience of the main character who was once in Vietnam. Most of the movie takes place before and after the war.

EDIT

Oh..I didn't know that.
