Hey guys,
First off, LOVE fest was awesome!!!! secondly, I have a question. A friend of mine who moved here from England wants to go all NTSC but after thinking of all the headaches we have transcoding 24p how good of an idea would it be for me to shoot a feature or commercials in 50i or 25p offering a film look through Pal. can 25p or 50i for that fact be authored out correctly to NTSC without any negative side effects, odd fields, missing or duplicated frames, etc? If anyone has any experience doing this, please let me know. He is offering this camera to me: the Sony HVR-V1E for very cheap.
