Best way to erase all clips

If I want to quickly erase all the clips off the p2 card, I have found the easiest way to do this is to reformat the P2.

Is there a better way to clear all the clips? Is there supposed to be a way to select all clips and delete them?

Is there anything bad about reformatting the card to clear it?

No, that's the best way to do it.

You can select all the clips and delete them, but it takes more time and effort. Just reformat in-camera or in the P2 Viewer.
