Any luck with knockoff c300 dual battery chargers?

I'm always looking to downsize my kit as I fly to most gigs. Saw this Kaster brand smart charger, wondering if there's any known downsides to using this type of charger with my Canon BP-A60 batteries? Only negative in the reviews say that charging 2 batteries at once takes much longer than with Canon brand dual charger. I just hate how big the original dual charger is, its mostly hollow too, seems like a waste of space.

I own that exact charger and have used it to charge the Canon brand of BP-A60 and BP-A30. It also worked with the Core SWX Nano Canon batteries. It takes a long time to charge. Much longer than the official canon charger. But if you have all night for batteries to charge then it can be useful.

I have two of those Kaster chargers and have used the same batteries—and had the same experiences—as Dustin. Two mainly because they seem so flimsy, that I worry about them breaking. Got them in August (or so) 2021. Yes, it's slow. But so far so good.

I still think of getting something from Dolgin Engineering, but as I read their website, a two-bay charger for BP-A60 (and compatible) batteries gets pretty expensive.

So I too would love to hear other recommendations for mid-priced chargers compatible with BP-A-style batteries.

Yep, I went down this rabbit hole awhile back regarding Canon chargers as well.

They cost a lot and for some reason seem to be overly sized for what they are. I am no engineer however and I believe someone from Dolgin Engineering weighed in on a thread the last time this discussion came up.

There's a few hurdles I believe in making a high quality charger for the Canon batteries, regarding accurate charge updates, charge speed to charger size ratio, etc.
