24p or 60i for Chromakey work?

I've read a number of threads on chroma work...but no luck with this question.

I've done all my chroma work with a Sony PD150 but now own a dvx100b and am wondering if I should shoot with the dvx at all for the chroma work and if so, 60i or 24p...thoughts?

absolutely progressive... interlacing lines can be a big problem for keying.

Whats a good distance to keep when chroma keying a subject (in my case photgraphs) and the green screen.

I would say 10-20 feet.

The farther the better I guess, if you want to minimize spill...
