TC (or anyone else at NAB), When you get the time, please check around to see what new offerings (if any) there are at the big audio players (TASCAM, Marantz, SD, Zaxcom, etc.). See if there are any new reasonably priced recorders ($500-$3000) recorders out there, or any other audio goodies...

So I'm watching "24" last night and the president takes a recorder out of a briefcase to play back a recorded telephone conversation. Lo and behold, it's a SD 744T! The character may be a doofus, but at least he has a hi quality sound recorder.:thumbsup:

I'm sitting here surfing while my wife watches (I don't watch this, REALLY) Martha Stewart's Apprentice, and I look up and see a DVX on the show. One of the competing teams hired a "Video Production Team" to shoot a commercial, and they showed them shooting with a DVX. :thumbsup:
