    More an aside, since it's not being used, but may illustrate the issue. Lightworks has Reaper as a separate option within the interchange export formats. There are also separate AAF options for Media Composer, ProTools, Premiere & Resolve.

    A Google search does reveal alternatives to Adobe Bridge, although you may need to pay for them. If you've already established a system that works for you, there's no reason to search out for an alternative.
