I have a mac pro 2.8g 6 gig ram. When I export a 720p quicktime in h264 from apple motion, it stutters every 5 or 6 seconds. When I play the file with VLC its silky smooth, any ideas on what could be causing this? Its only just starting doing it. Any suggestions?
