I majored in music theory & harmony at the University of Tennessee where I took elective courses in Art Design and Painting as well as theater courses. I am a Korean War vet and former pilot. I later did graduate work at Northwestern University School of Music. Played trombone with the Chicago, Youngstown and Knoxville Symphony Orchestras then joined Taft Broadcasting as a director at WBIR TV.
I later joined Lavidge, Davis & Newman Advertising Agency to establish a subsidiary motion picture production company.
Today I am the owner of Kennedy Maxwell Motion Picture Production, Inc. where I produce and direct productions in 35mm, 16mm, Hi-def video. FCP editing, and have produced commercials and shows for General Motors' Buick, Oldsmobile, GMC Truck and Delco Divisions, Nissan, Toyota, The Smithsonian Institution, The Marriott Corporation, the McDonald's Corp., Long John Silver and lots of other food products clients, and the U. S. DOE.
Hobies include Golf, Scuba, sail-plane flying and still photography.
