    Other: FX6 Bird Footage

    While testing camera settings, lenses, etc. for my FX6 master class I shot a bunch of nature footage, mostly birds, so I decided to cull some of it together for a little nature video. I think some of it will do well as stock footage when I have the time to submit it.

    Are you getting AF with the Canon 200mm f2.8 or is this all manual focus?

      It's all manual focus. AF doesn't work with any of my Canon lenses, but even if it did, I don't think I'd trust it. Even when using Sony lenses I only trust AF for human faces and nothing more than that. Yeah, AF is getting better with each new generation of cameras but it still isn't good enough yet not to screw you in the ass at the absolute worst possible moment.
