It's a good list in my view although some of the solutions are the "richer" ones, like the O'connor O-grips. Andy Shipsides has also done a video showing a tricked out AF-100 with a lot of these accessories. Worth watching. He shows a n inexpensive GENUS railed based shoulder pad that is quite good and worth considering. Also note the MTF Nikon lens adapter shown in the above linked page is the one for the EX3, not the F3.
