    Under Exposed Shot

    Can somebody help me how will I correct under/poorly exposed shot. :-Cry(DBG):

    Use your levels and contrast/brightness adjustment in post

      Re-shoot, if you can - especially if it doesn't look like the rest of the footage once corrected.

        agreed... just be careful... don't brighten it up to the point you start seeing noise in the image.

          It depends on how badly it's under exposed. If you could post a grab, we'll be able to help you a little more.

                  Here's my shot at getting a little more exposure on it.



                  I think the shot works though. Bars are generally low lit, so it work. IMO.

                    Do you have good audio in the scene? If you do, you might be able to get away with it being a tad dark. As Brandon said, bars are very dark. I think the audience would forgive you if there was good audio.

                      1. I shoot this with no monitor. I have 3 250w snooted in each face, all are practicals. To all thanks for the response.
