On camera light for dvx100a

I know, for most situations they are completely ridiculous...but for this situation, i NEED an on camera light.

im shooting a documentary about a punk band touring across the country. i have limited space in the van for equipment, and wont have much time at all to set anything up to get a shot. they won't be slowing down so i can get proper lighting.

so, do you have any suggestions for a cheap on camera light for the dvx100a. im hoping under $100...

There is this on ebay for $130. I'm sure thats pretty cheap. I don't know if you can find one for under 100 new.
