Now I love velcro ties as much as the next set junkie, but I've been looking for solutions to wrangle cords and cables that are a little more customizable and durable (I find that even good velcro has a shelf-life). I recently saw some stretchy cable ties by ThinkTank, and thought I could make my own for less $$$ - so I did. These things are really handy and super easy to make - I think it took me less than 15 minutes from start to finish to make 50 of these. I have been using these non-stop on shoots and set, and even have a few larger ones that I use to keep my toddler out of the fridge/cabinets.
