    Vista problems?

I am going to buy a DVX-100 soon but was wondering what editing software I should get that is:

    A. compatible with Vista (I know a lot of musical software and MIDI controllers are not supported by it right now)

    B. will take advantage of the 24p mode

    C. is "economically" priced

    Thanks

Sony Vegas fits the bill. I'm sure there are others

    Cheers

My Vegas 6 doesn't work well at all with Vista. Actually nothing seems to work well with Vista.

I am on vegas 7.0d, so maybe that's a difference.

All my software works flawlessly in the Vista environment with the exception of 3d studio max r3 but that's to be expected from a piece of software that made it's debut at the same time as the piston engine. Running Vista on HP 9000 series laptop for three months with not one glitch or bitch Vegas 7 just needed a small upgrade file and it ran fine.

I have not had any glitches on Vista. None.
