Hard Drive Recovery Software Suggestions (Video Files)

I had used a bad card reader to upload footage after a shoot yesterday. The card reader doesn't connect properly and ejected the harddrive(SD card) several times before I was able to just pull it out. I am now unable to access the information on the card but its all still on there. I had used a recovery software last night to try to recover the files. All the videos showed up and were just black, audio would only show up in a few spots but not worried about audio (recorded on a seperate card and device). My main question is what is a good hard drive recovery software that works well with recovering video files? I am using a sandisk 32GB (10 speed) if that helps? The program I already tried using to recover the video files is called data rescue 3. I am open to any other software suggestions to help get my video files back, in an uncorrupted manner.

Sandisk ships their extreme pro cards with a copy of rescuepro delux. I've had some success with that product before. There's also a free product called photorec that sometimes works. With data recovery you usually have to try a couple of tools until you find the one that works best for your individual problem.

Just recovered a complete 2TB drive using R-Studio after a RAID enclosure crash (1 drive unreadable, 1 drive changed to RAW). Kept the entire file system intact, when all other programs I tried wanted to rename everything to FILE00001.xxx etc with no directories. The drive contained all my good photo and video stuff from the past 2.5 years.
