(Mods: I didn't really know where to put this - sorry if it's in the wrong section)
Hi,
I'm a filmstudent (editing) and I'm looking for good books on editing and color grading.
So far I've read "the invisible cut" by Bobby O'sheen (which I found absolutely fantastic) and "The Conversations" (with Walter Murch). And I'm about to read "In the blink of an eye" and "Chase to the cut". But I definitely want to read more and, since I'm a complete beginner at it, also about color grading.
Someone (Ryan Connoly from film riot) recommended me this book: http://www.amazon.com/Color-Correcti...0675471&sr=8-1, but since my budget is limited I want to be sure about what I'm buying (the other books where from the library).
I know the best way to learn is to try out stuff and keep practicing, but after reading "the invisible cut" I just want to read more, more, more.
Thanks in advance!
