PC, Also if possible could you categorise the software under: Less then $100, More then $100. Just to avoid confusion where its better because it cost less,

Just use DVD-Lab Pro. Easy to use, nice looking interface, and all the features you will ever need. It has even an own script language. If you really need more, only then, you have to try the big bucks programs. You can test DVD-Lab Pro for 30 or 21 days with all features for free. Just download it.
