Building a stock library - what do you use to capture, organize and preview?

As a new DVX100 user, I'm starting down a long path of building stock video for future projects, memories, analysis and so on. I'm curious what y'all use to capture, organize and preview clips? I'm using FCP 5 on a Mac and the built-in log/capture system doesn't seem to lend a great way to keeping organized for the future. Would love to cap/catalog in iMovie, but understand each iMovie clip would have to be exported for FCP usage. Seems like there should be an easier way.

What are you using and is it on the PC or Mac?

Well, after a few weeks of searching, I found iDive. This software is exactly what I was looking for. iDive catalogs stock footage and gives multiple ways to search through archives. Has nice support for online/offline libraries. I was able to import iMovie and Quicktime DV files into FCP 5 with no issues. Great software, highly recommended:
