    "Macros/Actions" for Premiere Pro CC?

Is there such a thing - similar to Actions in Photoshop CC?

My objective is to re-create transitions (e.g. fast zoom in/out) and there are multiple steps to the process, such as the example given here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSzri2HvyF4

If I cannot create a macro, is there anywhere that I can download pre-packaged transitions for use? I would like to re-create the exact same transitions as the analysis in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Y4OILIZ0fU

Lastly, what will be the easiest way to zoom into a specific area (e.g. zoom into 1 eye, revealing another new scene), as well as do a 360 degree rotation digitally without artifacts instead of using camera motion? (such as the umbrella footage or buddha footage in the previous youtube video)

    Thanks!

They are effects used as a transition.
You can make these effects into presets.

Not directly within the app but there are a few third party equipment you can get. I use a Razer keypad. It lets you program any set of key commands with any program with the buttons on the keypad. It even lets you add multiple key presses with using one key on the keypad. I have one of the keys programmed to select the next edit point and then rippled delete it by using the first key on the left. https://www.amazon.com/Razer-Orbweav...70_&dpSrc=srch
