motion effect editor

hi,
where do I find the motion effect editor within express pro? i know i've seen it before somewhere... but where!? maybe it was in a diffrent version... i hope not! someone enlighten me!

You can go to the command palette and you'll see the slanted frame icon. that's the one. I've remapped it to the main interface with the 'map command to button' thingy.
