    In short, you can blow it off if it's accessible. If not, you can't and will have to service the camera with Panasonic, or hope it eventually moves to a different area of the glass that's not as noticeable.

    Dust in the inner chamber of cameras is a known problem due to poor quality control (for a particular unit, not in general), and most people just live with it as it's usually only noticeable at higher apertures.
