    ???

Somebody explain to me why the FS700 is priced a lot lower than the AF103 ? ( on Asia / Australia at least )
I thought even the FS100 was considered as a slightly more advanced camera than the Panny ?

Oh, okay... seems to be a case of "new" vs "used" on ebay... that reminds me... the HPX170 is still being sold brand new for almost the same cost as a used FS700...

AF100 is what, sub US$1k used? And significantly so. (half that even if you get lucky)

While an FS700 used is more like US$3k ish??

*VERY* different price points! But either are a great camera and a fantastic buy if you find it at an appropriate price.

But personally I went for a Sony F3 for US$1.2K mid last year :-D

I sold my original AF100, and got a new AF100a for $450 additional from what I got from the sale. No bad, I needed to record the 1080p60 externally, and only the AF100a can do that and I go the upgraded video board in the newer camera.

The AF100 may be nearing its end of life, but it still is a good camera for shooting interviews.
