As far as I can tell, there isn't much correlation between the SCENE1.TXT files and the settings put in through the menu.
Example:
Operation Type: 0 = FILM CAM, 1 = VIDEO CAM
Rec Format: PH 0 = 1080/60i, 1 = 1080/30P, 2 = 1080/24P, 3 = 720/60P, 4 = 720/30P, 5 = 720/24P, 6 = HA 1080/60i, 7 = HE 1080/60i
However…
Many of the other settings do not follow this method.
Detail Level: Setting -7/ 0 /+7 range input.
Checking on my camera, a detail level of +3 has a value of 3
Chroma Level also has an adjustment range of -7/ 0 /+7.
However a setting of -2 is a value of 10, But a setting of +2 is a value of 2.
WTF?
Does this mean that -7/ 0 /+7 is +1 to +7 for positive direction, and +9 to +15 for neg direction.
i.e, +3 is 3 and -3 is 11
SO,
+7…0…-7 is not 15…8…0 it is 7…0 and 8…15.
