Nikkor Lens - good choice but it wont auto focus on the Af100 if that what you expect.

Microphone - I would have low expectations of its quality. Do you want a hand held mic?

Canon to Nikkor adapter ring - what for?

Tokina lens - guys here seem to rate it well.

Camera - get a SONY ( joking... ) AF100 = good choice if it suits your work

VF - others can comment - I have colleagues that think they are great.

Lexar cards - I would go for San Disks

    Manfrotto - what for?

Adaptimax Adapter - these need to be modified to prevent light bounce internally at the rear (flare)- see in photo that it is polished stainless steel at rear. That is a serious problem- I matt black painted and black flocked the internals of both mine. Great now.

          You have no long lenses
          You want a handheld mic?
Did you mean to get a Canon to MFT adapter instead of Canon to Nikon?

There's a Tokina 11-16 for sale in the Marketplace:

The Samson wireless mic is absolute junk, and useless for anything more demanding than making voice announcements over a PA system. Check the sticky in the audio forum here about wireless systems, and save up until you can afford a Sennheiser G3 or something even better. In the interim, a used Shure SM57 or SM58 and a 50' XLR cable will give you much better sound than that microphone.

I agree on Sandisk over Lexar, although the two Lexars I own have performed OK for a year or so.

No experience with the rest (except the AF100 itself, of course, a fine choice ...).

                Go for a Novoflex adapter.
