    Is there any 16 or 17 inch laptop great for photo editing and long 5-7 hour battery life? Does something like this exist?

    the new macbook pro 16"? is this a trick question? my battery life must be over 7 hours while video editing and running an external ssd, although I haven't timed it

      The new M1 based macs are incredibly power efficient and have great battery life. You can also get a usb c power bank that would increase the run time to what ever you want for not a lot of extra money.

        B&H has new M2 series MBP’s in the Deal Zone today for $200 off. Kind of amazing considering they were just released like two months ago. Wish I could have waited till now. Between the discount and sales tax, I could have saved at least $500 vs. buying direct from Apple in January.

          it gets worse. supposedly, they're going to announce the M3 this year built on a 3nm architecture. I don't know if that's true or not, but I'll definitely be wanting to upgrade once they go down to 3nm. Maybe on the 2nd generation of that architecture.
