GH4 free log and 10-bit for G9, yet no love for their ground breaker GH4?

It is most probable that the GH4 hardware would not support the functions

but there are a bunch of features we KNOW it could. they could have given away LOG L, fixed the color science, added bunch of little things we all wanted. we supported their rise into home 4k first, yet gone and forgotten now

The G9 is part of the current lineup which is the only reason they are updating it. Would definitely be cool if they added 10 bit to the GH4 but regardless of the potential it won't happen.
