Nikon D810 vs D800 low light Flat vs Flaat comparison - candle light test

Hi all. Been a while since I've been on this; having done mainly stills work the past few years. Just got the Nikon D810 and did a comparison against the D800 with Flaat_10 to see how the two censors handle light fall off. A low light test using candle light as the models key. Shot at ISO 1000, 500, 200. 1/50 at F2, 3200K. Nikkor 85mm.

It's interesting to see the differences, particularly when shooting at cleaner ISO's (200) with the Flat and Flaat profiles on: noting the light fall off on the models face. Amazing what these censors are capable of

Seems like the D810 keeps really nice detail in the mids when compared to the D800.
    Thanks for posting this!
