Canon EF lens question - Zeiss Milvus?

Hello all,

I am very interested in the Zeiss Milvus lens lineup. My only qualm with them is their weight. I do a lot of off-grid, backcountry film projects which require me to hike with heavy loads over very long distances, so a lightweight setup is key.

Are there any lenses with comparable image quality that are more lightweight??
