Recommendations for a cheap cage for 5D III camera with battery grip?

Can anyone recommend a cheap cage that can fit a canon 5d III with battery grip. It would be great if it also had rails to add follow focus or matte box in the future.

All seems to be very expensive.

but I'd get rid of the grip for video. Its really for shooting portrait mode stills and also makes your rig top heavy........also I'm not a fan of cages. I like my rigs light and small.

This is what I have for two different setup. The first one is the cage but mount differently. It has great balance when hand held. Cost me $160 for everything you see except for the camera, monitor, sound system and lens.
